Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Coastal Roots Health, each appointment is reserved especially for you. Because appointment availability is limited, we ask that you provide as much notice as possible if your plans change.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• 24 hours or more before your appointment: You may cancel for a full refund or reschedule at no additional charge.

• Less than 24 hours before your appointment: Late cancellations and rescheduling requests may be subject to a fee of up to 25% of the appointment cost.

• Missed appointments: Appointments missed without notice may be charged up to 50%.

Illness and Emergencies

We understand that unexpected illness and family emergencies happen. If you or family member is ill, or an unforeseen emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refunds

Eligible refunds will be returned to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

If Coastal Roots Health needs to cancel your appointment, you may reschedule at no additional charge or receive a full refund.
